1. KABE Powder Coatings sp. z o.o. takes special care that all personal data are processed in accordance with the purpose for which they were collected and used in accordance with the scope of the granted permits (consents) and areas of processing permitted by law.

All personal data are processed in a manner consistent with the requirements of generally applicable law, in particular in accordance with Regulation (EU) 216/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR), the Act of 10 May 2018 on the protection of personal data (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1000), the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2017, item 1219 as amended) and the Telecommunications Law Act (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2017, item 1907, as amended), including in accordance with the scope of the consent granted by the customer.
3. We ensure that the processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the principles of substantive correctness and adequately for the purposes for which they were collected.
4. We process data for the period necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected, and additionally for the period in which we are obliged to do so on the basis of generally applicable law.
5. We ensure the confidentiality, integrity and accountability of the personal data we process.
6. The processed personal data are not made available without the consent of the data subjects, unless such data is made available to persons authorized to process personal data, entities to whom data were transferred on the basis of an entrustment agreement (including those cooperating with the Administrator: law firms, personnel and accounting offices, entities providing IT services) and entities authorized on the basis of the applicable law.
7. The personal data processed are not transferred to countries outside the European Union and the European Economic Area.

1. online forms — information is collected through the forms available on our website, used for contact purposes, submitting questions and expressing comments;
2. contact without network intermediation — the website contains various telephone and fax numbers and email addresses at which you can contact us;
3. when using the resources of the website www.kabe-powdercoatings.com — information about users is collected through files such as “cookies” or “web beacons”.

• Cookies are small text files, sent by our website and saved on the user’s end device (computer, laptop, smartphone). We use them to adapt the content and services to the individual needs and interests of the users of the KABE Powder Coatings sp. z o.o. website, to understand the way in which users use our service and to constantly improve our website, making it even friendlier and better adapted to the needs of users. 1. Personal data are used for the provision of services and delivery of products ordered by customers and related legal obligations incumbent on the controller – on the basis of Art. 6 (1) b) and c) of GDPR
2. In case of obtaining the appropriate consent, the data are also used for the purposes of direct marketing of products and services of KABE Powder Coatings sp. z o.o. on the basis of Art. 6 (1) a) of GDPR

IV. Security and storage of information

KABE Powder Coatings sp. z o.o. ensures the security of personal data thanks to appropriate technical and organizational measures aimed at preventing unlawful processing of data and their accidental loss, destruction and damage.

V. User rights

1. Providing personal data to the extent necessary for the delivery of products and services offered by the controller is mandatory, and in the rest it is voluntary.
2. KABE Powder Coatings sp. z o.o. respects the rights of every person whose data is processed: access to data, rectification of data, deletion of data, restriction of processing, data portability, the right not to be subject to a decision that is based solely on automated processing, including profiling, and has legal consequences for this person or otherwise significantly affects them.
3. If the processing takes place on the basis of the consent of the data subject, the data subject has the right to withdraw the consent at any time, provided that this will not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent before its withdrawal.
4. The person whose data we process may exercise his/her rights by sending a letter to KABE Powder Coatings Sp. z o.o. presenting his/her requests.
5. The person whose data we process has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority if he considers that his rights have been violated.
